The EBSN Annual Conference 2027 will take place in Hamburg, Germany, from 12 to 14 May 2027, in cooperation with the University of Hamburg.
The annual conference will once again bring together policymakers, researchers, practitioners, adult learning organisations and other stakeholders working in the field of adult basic skills, lifelong learning and inclusion.
Following the successful 2026 conference in Lisbon, the Hamburg event will provide a new opportunity for professional exchange, policy dialogue and cooperation on the future of adult basic skills in Europe.
