Adult learners across Europe are invited to contribute to the evaluation of the 2022 Council Recommendation on Individual Learning Accounts.
A short EU-wide survey is gathering the experiences of adults who have used, or may be eligible for, Individual Learning Account-type and other publicly supported learning opportunities. It explores access to learning, the relevance of training, barriers such as cost, time and care responsibilities, and the outcomes of participation.
EBSN encourages members and partners to share the survey with their learner communities and help ensure that diverse adult learner perspectives are represented.
