Collaborative Projects

RESCALE

RESCALE focuses on reskilling employees by stimulating stronger connections between actors from the labour market and the education sector. The project addresses the challenge of fragmented pathways by encouraging better cooperation between institutions and stakeholders involved in adult learning, employment and skills development.

Its approach highlights the importance of coordinated systems, relevant learning opportunities and stakeholder collaboration in supporting adults through labour market change. In this way, RESCALE contributes to ongoing discussions on upskilling, reskilling and the development of more coherent lifelong learning systems.
