A new platform informing about the Swiss program “Einfach besser! … am Arbeitsplatz” has been launched recently. The platform aims at drawing attention to the subject through the dissemination of personal narratives about experiences of companies. The stories are designed to convince companies that short-term workplace-oriented courses (i.e. the GO Model) are of great value for them.
Currently, the coordinating Swiss Federation for Adult Learning (SVEB) is circulating personal stories about successful digital competences needed at workplaces at IKEA Switzerland. To support the dissemination of these stories SVEB has started to establish a LikedIN channel about the program and workplace basic skills in general.
The videos are also available with English subtitles besides German, Italian and French.
