Research shows that most Norwegian adults are motivated for further learning to improve their digital competence. However, a large group reported that they miss arenas for such learning.For those who have little or no digital competence, both in the Norwegian population as a whole and among immigrants in particular, they would like to see more opportunities for training provided by public authorities.Many stakeholders contribute in various arenas to reduce the digital divide in Norway.
