DEMAL – Designing, monitoring and evaluating adult learning classes is an Erasmus+ K2 Strategic Partnership Project. The partnership is led by EBSN member DIE – German Institute for Adult Learning Leibniz – Centre for Lifelong Learning, Germany. Partner organisation from the network is Progress Consult Kft., Hungary (representing the EBSN Secretariat) and the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning, Switzerland (SVEB) is associated partner in the project. The other partners are Consultants, High Technology Applications, Training SA. (IDEC) from Greece, the Institute of Education Sciences (ISE) from Romania, and Fondo Formacion Euskadi (SLL) representing Spain.
Having as a point of reference the European framework “Key competences for adult learning professionals” (Research voor Beleid 2010), DEMAL aims to support the professional development of adult education staff in Europe in the two competence areas of design of the learning process and monitoring and evaluation of the learning process.
These competences will be developed through training provision, a validation framework and an innovative tool (a digital app) to support self-directed learning and enhanced professional practice.
The project started in October 2016 and will last until September 2018. You can find DEMAL on Facebook and LinkedIn as well.
