This year’s event is organized in cooperation with the German Ministry of Education and Research, the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training as coordination point for the ‘National Decade of Literacy’ and the German Institute for Adult Education (DIE).

Participation fee
All participants must pay the appropriate registration fee as follows:
- 180 EUR for EBSN members and preliminary members
- 260 EUR for non-EBSN members.
Conference participation fee includes: admission to all conference sessions, two lunches, conference refreshments, one conference dinner.
Following the registration, you will receive the invoice for your participation fee by e-mail. Please make sure that the total invoiced fee is transferred in due time (the eventual transfer costs should not be covered by EBSN)
Cancellation Policy – For those unable to attend, a refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by email to secretariat@basicskills.eu, up to 20 days prior to the conference less an administration charge of 20{45dd1fd917f9c5256ddd62f2bb60264c9fd035a788f5039a41e25e9de2257d18}. After this date no refund will be made.

Recommended hotels:
- There are 20 rooms reserved for the EBSN Conference participants (single room 94,-€/night; double room 104.-€/night) at Moxy Huboldthain, Address: Hochstraße 2, 13357 Berlin (about 25 minutes from event location with Tram M10 or M1 and Metro U8)
- There are 50 rooms reserved for the EBSN Conference participants (Single room 129,-€/night; double room 139.-€/night) at Park Inn Alexanderplatz, Address:-Alexanderplatz 7 – D-10178 Berlin (10 minutes from event location by Metro U2)

Please note: during the EBSN-Conference there are several other large conferences in Berlin, therefore hotel prices are higher than usual!
